How do I order a customized item?

Simply select your customization preferences, enter your custom text or upload your logo, during the checkout process, and our team will handle the rest. We will send you a preview of your customization before we start production, to make sure it is exactly what you wanted.
How long does customization take?
Standard customization adds 2-3 working days to our normal processing time, as we take the time to carefully create your custom item to your exact specifications. During peak seasons, such as holiday periods, this may extend up to 5 working days, to ensure that we do not rush the process and that your custom item is perfect.
Can I return a customized item?
Due to their personalized nature, customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrectly made by us. This is because these items are made specifically for you, and we cannot resell them to other customers. If we made a mistake with your customization, such as printing the wrong text or logo, we will of course replace it or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

What if my package is lost or stuck in transit?
